Se você busca desafios e um ambiente inclusivo, diverso e estimulante, essa é a oportunidade certa para decolar na sua carreira!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Realizar análises de dados complexos para identificar causas raiz de problemas operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria. Utilizar estatística descritiva e ferramentas analíticas para gerar diagnósticos confiáveis e sustentáveis. Monitorar e interpretar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), traduzindo resultados em planos de ação. Apoiar e/ou liderar projetos de melhoria de processos, desde o diagnóstico até a implementação e mensuração de resultados. Garantir que as recomendações analíticas estejam alinhadas aos objetivos dos projetos em andamento. Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para levantamento de requisitos, priorização de demandas e definição de escopo analítico nos projetos. Consolidar informações de diferentes bases de dados, garantindo integridade, consistência e clareza nas análises. Elaboração de Business Case para aprovação de projetos Elaborar materiais executivos (Status report / Onepage)   Conectar análises de dados robustas a soluções práticas e implementáveis nos projetos e processos da empresa. Trabalhar com diferentes áreas e perfis profissionais, promovendo a integração entre visão analítica e execução.  Lidar com prazos desafiadores em projetos simultâneos, mantendo a qualidade das entregas.  Influenciar decisões estratégicas por meio de evidências quantitativas e interpretação crítica de dados.  Manter-se atualizado(a) quanto a ferramentas, metodologias e boas práticas em análise de dados e gestão de projetos. "Nosso compromisso é proporcionar um processo seletivo acessível, inclusivo e respeitoso.
