Monitorar e controlar indicadores chave de performance (KPIs) e filas operacionais (chamados, tickets e demandas de suporte).Atuar na análise aprofundada de incidentes técnicos e problemas críticos da operação.Acompanhar rotinas e fluxos operacionais voltados ao ambiente de Data Center.Realizar interface contínua entre equipes de infraestrutura, sustentação de aplicações e áreas de negócio.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e apresentações executivas.Garantir o cumprimento de políticas, padrões de conformidade e acordos de nível de serviço (SLA/OLA).Monitorar fluxos operacionais, identificar gargalos e conduzir análises de riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.Conduzir auditorias internas de conformidade em processos.Estruturar e monitorar planos de ação corretivos e preventivos aplicando metodologias como PDCA.Participar ativamente da governança de projetos, transições operacionais e transformação digital de processos.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas afins.Conhecimento prático de governança de TI, gestão de processos e metodologias de melhoria contínua.Experiência com gestão de incidentes/problemas e acompanhamento de indicadores (KPIs).Certificação ou sólido domínio dos fundamentos de ITIL Foundation.Domínio avançado do Pacote Office (Excel avançado para cruzamento de dados, PowerPoint e Word).Análise de dados e construção de dashboards/relatórios de performance.Conhecimento prático em consultas a Banco de Dados (SQL).Noções operacionais de ambientes Windows e Linux.Vivência com ferramentas de ITSM/Service Desk (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk ou similares).Diferenciais / DesejáveisCertificações e Metodologias:ITIL 4 Foundation, ISO 20000 ou COBIT.Lean Six Sigma (Yellow ou Green Belt).Certificações em Gestão de Processos (BPM / CBPP).Metodologias Ágeis ou Tradicionais de Projetos (Scrum, Kanban ou PMBOK).
