Estamos em busca de uma profissional para atuar como Analista de Produção PL, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e a sustentação de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, com foco em excelência operacional, otimização de processos e geração de resultados para o negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesDefinir, implementar e acompanhar procedimentos relacionados à excelência operacional;Desenvolver e conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua em processos produtivos, administrativos e de serviços;Atuar na redução de custos e na melhoria dos indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Realizar análises críticas de processos, identificando oportunidades e propondo ações de melhoria;Implantar e acompanhar sistemas de controle de processos, garantindo estabilidade e repetitividade das operações;Aplicar metodologias de análise de causas e solução de problemas;Garantir a sustentabilidade das melhorias implementadas, promovendo padronização e autonomia operacional;Participar da construção e do desdobramento do planejamento estratégico da área;Atuar de forma integrada com as equipes operacionais, apoiando a tomada de decisão baseada em dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Química, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação em andamento será considerada um diferencialConhecimentos e experiências obrigatóriosExperiência anterior em ambiente industrial;Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing;Conhecimento em análise de causas e solução de problemas;Conhecimento em controle de processos;Pacote Office em nível intermediário.

Diferenciais Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP;Conhecimento em Power BI;Certificação Green Belt Lean;Inglês intermediário;Espanhol intermediário.
