Agendar e conduzir reuniões com as áreas de negócio, fornecedores e equipe interna de TI Acompanhamento das atividades pendentes (fornecedores, área de negócio, equipe de curadoria) Solicitar auxilio para gestores em situações de conflito Acompanhamento da satisfação da área de negócio Reportar o andamento das atividades

Operacional

Acompanhar a efetividade dos scripts de helpdesk e elaborar planos de ação para caso seja necessário algum ajuste Reportar as atividades realizadas diariamente através do timesheet Apoiar o processo de auditoria Acionar e acompanhar os responsáveis em caso de incidentes dos sistemas críticos

Técnico

Gestão

Elaboração de business case com revisão de analista sênior/coordenador Ser responsável por projetos de média e alta complexidade (cronograma, plano de projeto, termo de abertura, change request, plano de homologação, RMs, termo de encerramento) Propor melhorias em sistemas existentes Elaborar status report dos projetos que é responsável Acompanhamento de propostas e negociações com a área de Compras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Analise de Desenvolvimento ou área correlatas. Conhecimento em tecnologias, e experiência como Product owner. Estar apto a propor a arquitetura da solução, discuti-la com os arquitetos responsáveis e participar do processo de tomada de decisão da solução final. Ter a capacidade de identificar e analisar os riscos e impactos de um processo em outras áreas de negócio. Capacidade de analisar e propor melhorias em processos de negócio com objetivo de simplificar as soluções de TI.
