Aqui, todos fazem parte!Todas as vagas também estão disponíveis para Pessoas com Deficiência (PCDs).Se as vagas disponíveis não atendem seu sonho atual, faça parte do nosso banco de talentos.Assim que surgir uma oportunidade que faça sentido para você, entraremos em contato!Analista de Gente responsável pelo processo: Gleiciane SilvaResponsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na gestão e governança de projetos de TI, garantindo a aplicação de metodologias, processos e ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos;Acompanhar o portfólio de projetos de tecnologia, assegurando alinhamento com as prioridades estratégicas do negócio, prazos, custos, escopo, qualidade e benefícios esperados;Conduzir o acompanhamento de cronogramas, indicadores, riscos, dependências, recursos e planos de ação, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a resolução de impedimentos;Estruturar, acompanhar e analisar KPIs e indicadores de desempenho dos projetos, identificando desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;Promover a integração e a comunicação entre áreas de Tecnologia, Negócio, fornecedores e demais stakeholders, garantindo clareza sobre objetivos, responsabilidades, entregas e próximos passos;Realizar análises, revisões e avaliações periódicas dos projetos, identificando riscos, oportunidades e aderência às metodologias e padrões de governança estabelecidos;Elaborar reports executivos, dashboards e apresentações para acompanhamento do portfólio e suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança;Atuar na evolução contínua dos processos de gestão e governança de projetos, contribuindo para a padronização, maturidade e eficiência da área;Apoiar os demais profissionais de projetos na aplicação das metodologias, gestão de recursos, acompanhamento das entregas e resolução de problemas;Assegurar a aderência dos projetos às políticas, normas, processos e práticas de governança e compliance de TI.

Requisitos e qualificações

Obrigatórios:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em projetos TI SAP, especialmente SAP S/4HANA;Experiência sólida em gestão, governança ou PMO de projetos de TI, preferencialmente em ambientes complexos e de grande porte;Experiência com gestão de projetos utilizando metodologias ágeis e tradicionais, incluindo práticas baseadas no PMI, Scrum e Kanban;Conhecimento em gestão de portfólio, cronogramas, indicadores, riscos, custos, recursos e acompanhamento de entregas;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão e acompanhamento de projetos;Capacidade de elaboração e apresentação de reports executivos, com análise de indicadores e direcionamento para tomada de decisão;Conhecimento de práticas de governança de TI e gestão de projetos;Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Goiânia-GO.Desejáveis;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Governança de TI, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;Certificações como PMP, PMI-ACP, PMO-CP, ITIL, COBIT ou similares.
