Desempenhar atividades de complexidade restrita, relacionadas aos processos da Gestão de Sistemas visando contribuir para o aprimoramento dos resultados da companhia, de forma a atender aos processos do SGI com relação aos requisitos normativos e legais aplicáveis para a melhoria contínua dos sistemas de gestão e manutenção das certificações. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar conteúdo programático e realizar treinamentos, palestras voltadas para o SGI (qualidade, segurança de alimentos, meio ambiente, segurança do trabalho); Interagir com todos os setores da fábrica/moinho para apoio do SGI; Conduzir os processos de implementação dos conceitos das normas (ISO) e procedimentos corporativos;Dar suporte na elaboração e controle de documentos relacionados ao sistema de gestão – SGI;Conduzir reuniões de gestão na unidade, reuniões de análises críticas e participar da elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação;Fazer a gestão das auditorias internas e externas e atuar como auditor interno; e a gestão de mudança da unidade/moinho e relatório para análise crítica do processo; Realizar atividades de comunicação do SGI;Contribuir para gestão dos indicadores da área e ser facilitador na gestão de indicadores dos demais processos que compõem os sistemas de gestão;Realizar análise crítica e promover a disseminação das metodologias para análise de não conformidades;Fazer a gestão da qualificação dos fornecedores de materiais/serviços elegíveis ao processo de qualificação; Acompanhar o gerenciamento dos riscos gerenciais da unidade/moinho;Apoiar a Alta Direção da unidade/moinho junto aos assuntos referentes ao SGI. Cumprir os requisitos da gestão da qualidade, segurança de alimentos, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional e sustentabilidadeRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Educacional: Superior em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnólogos e áreas correlatas. Experiência Mínima: na Área ou Áreas Correlatas 2 anos. Conhecimentos Desejáveis: Conhecimento das normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Excel avançado, Power BI, Conceitos e técnicas análise e solução de problemas (MASP),Mapeamento de processos e Gestão de riscos. Competências Planejamento e execução, capacidade analítica, atitude voltada para o cliente, atitude colaborativa, mindset ágil e digital, protagonismo, aprendizagem ativa. Requisitos Legais (exemplos: CREA para Engenheiros, OAB para Advogados, NR10 para Eletricistas) Não aplicável. Treinamentos Obrigatórios (periodicidade) (exemplos: NR10 (bienal), NR33 Confinado (anual)) BPF (boas práticas de fabricação) (anual)
