A área de Qualidade Comercial B2B é responsável por monitorar e evoluir a qualidade dos processos comerciais, garantindo vendas sustentáveis, aderentes e que gerem valor para o cliente e para o negócio. Por meio de indicadores, análises, governança, automação e Inteligência Artificial, a área identifica oportunidades, previne riscos e apoia decisões que aumentam a eficiência comercial e melhoram a experiência do cliente.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver soluções de automação, dados e aplicações que reduzam atividades manuais, integrem informações, melhorem a qualidade dos processos comerciais e aumentem a capacidade de tomada de decisão das equipes de GTM e Marketing B2B. A pessoa será referência técnica na identificação de oportunidades, desenho de soluções, estruturação de bancos de dados e desenvolvimento de aplicações, acompanhando todo o ciclo desde o entendimento do problema até a implantação e sustentação da solução.
