Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhamento dos indicadores operacionais de qualidade, análises e diagnósticos como TMO, Nível de serviço, Qualidade do atendimento, SLA, Vendas etc.;Criação de apresentação, cruzamentos de bases/informações, report de resultados e acompanhamento de eficiência dos planos de ações;Apresentação de estudos e oportunidades;Monitoramento de Processos: Avaliar e monitorar os processos operacionais para garantir que estejam em conformidade com os padrões de qualidade estabelecidos, assim como  monitoramento de Qualidade para gerar os resultados de qualidade da operação

Análise de Dados: Coletar e analisar dados relacionados à qualidade dos serviços ou produtos, identificando tendências e áreas de melhoria;Elaboração de Relatórios: Criar relatórios sobre a performance operacional e a qualidade, apresentando resultados e recomendações para a gestão;Desenvolvimento de Procedimentos: Contribuir para a criação e revisão de procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs) e instruções de trabalho;Treinamento e Capacitação: Participar da capacitação de equipes sobre práticas de qualidade e melhores métodos operacionais;Feedback e Melhoria Contínua: Propor ações corretivas e preventivas com base nas análises realizadas, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos;Participação reuniões: desenvolvimento e apresentação de resultados, mostrando a evolução dos KPI's, eficiência dos planos de ações, integração entre as áreas.Gestão de contatos com clientes a fim de negociar e organizar entregas, entender necessidades e prioridades, bem como definir estratégias de cumprimento das demandas;Análises pontuais, levantando causa raiz e criando plano de ação;Acompanhamento de demandas/entregas das demandas dos monitores;Contribuirá na construção e avaliação de materiais para melhorias operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível: Ter no mínimo 18 anos;
