Na Brascabos, cada ideia conta e cada talento brilha!Se você busca um ambiente onde seu potencial é reconhecido e suas habilidades são apreciadas, essa é a sua chance!Junte-se a nós e ajude a construir um futuro cheio de conexões, maior e melhor.Buscamos um profissional que tenha conhecimento em atendimento de qualidade e esteja disposto a atuar como Analista residente em planta de cliente de grande porte do setor de Elevadores " TK Elevator" na cidade de Guaíba/RS.*Necessário residir em Guaíba ou região.Candidate-se e #VemSerBrascabos!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesUm dia na vida de um Analista de Qualidade:Liderar processo de atendimento ao cliente perante reclamações e solicitações que envolvam eventos de não qualidade;Organizar e definir apropriadamente métodos de contenção, seleção e retrabalho;Organizar e participar de intervenções de grande porte no intuito de restabelecer funcionamento da linha de produção do cliente, mitigando com isso os impactos que possam ser relacionados a não qualidade dos produtos fornecidos;Analisar peças retornadas de campo e elaborar relatórios de caracterização, assim como mediar a devolução de produtos para serem analisados pela Brascabos;Participar de análise crítica de novos produtos e novos processos/equipamentos;Analisar reclamações de linha, LAP e recebimento, elaborando assim relatórios de caracterização que facilitem as analises de causa e tomada de ação;Acompanhar corridas piloto de forma a identificar fragilidades e falhas potenciais relacionadas ao produto fornecido;Propor ações de melhoria para os itens mais relevantes dos indicadores de retrabalho e não conformidade;Elaborar relatórios estratificados semanais com panorama dos eventos dentro da planta do cliente;Realização de fechamento de resultados mensais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara embarcar nessa jornada, é fundamental ter:Ensino Médio preferencialmente técnico em elétrica/eletrônica/Qualidade ou cursando engenharia elétrica, produção, mecânica ou outras áreas correlatas;Conhecimento, experiência na área da qualidade e atendimento ao cliente;Conhecimento das metodologias de resolução de problemas (8D, MASP), Plano de controle e ISO 9001;Conhecimento pacote office, preferencialmente Excel e PowerPoint.O que vai fazer você brilhar no nosso time:Habilidade analítica: Capacidade de interpretar e aplicar normas e processos de qualidade de forma precisa, eficiente e adaptável.Proatividade e solução de problemas: Capacidade de identificar desafios rapidamente e propor soluções de forma autônoma e criativa.Trabalho em equipe, Cooperação e gestão de prazos: Facilidade para colaborar dinamicamente com diferentes áreas e gerenciar prazos de forma eficiente, sem comprometer a qualidade.Comunicação clara e eficaz: Habilidade de se comunicar de forma clara, objetiva e dinâmica, tanto oral quanto por escrito, para diferentes públicos.Informações adicionaisDesfrute de um leque de benefícios que fazem a diferença na sua jornada:Assistência Médica;Auxílio Creche;Cartão Alimentação;Cartão Refeição;Convênio Farmácia;Previdência Privada;PPR;Seguro de Vida.
