O Programa de Atenção Integral à Saúde iniciou suas atividades no ano de 2001 no município de São Paulo, se estendendo para outros municípios e estados.

Desde o início de suas atividades, a SPDM/PAIS busca, em parceria com a gestão pública, o crescimento e a consolidação dos serviços de saúde ofertados aos usuários do SUS, gerenciando serviços nos três níveis de Atenção: primária, secundária (Especialidades) e terciária (Urgência e Emergência).

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar levantamento semanal de vagas abertas através dos sistemas internos e/ou formulário de vaga;Realizar divulgação de vagas;Triar e avaliar os currículos em acordo com a descrição de cargo da vaga em aberto;Contactar candidatos selecionados convocando-os para a seleção;Selecionar instrumento de avaliação adequado para cada processo seletivo, analisando a competência a ser avaliada;Solicitar e conferir os requisitos (formação acadêmica, experiência profissional e outros que couber) dos candidatos conforme vaga;Realizar entrevista por competências com os candidatos;Elaborar pareceres dos candidatos avaliados;Acompanhar o candidato nas entrevistas técnica junto aos Gestores;Dar retorno positivo ou negativo para candidatos que participaram do processo seletivo;Contactar os candidatos aprovados para agendamento de processo admissional, bem como enviar relação de documentos, orientações quanto aos itens solicitados e às etapas da admissão;Informar a área de Administração de Pessoal os dados da vaga e a data de comparecimento do empregado para o processo admissional (exame médico e entrega de documentos);Atualizar consolidados com os processos seletivos realizados, constando status de cada um;Acompanhar e atualizar os controles de cadastro reserva dos processos seletivos regidos por editais;Auxiliar os Gestores na elaboração e/ou atualização de perfil das vagas;Atender e orientar o público interno e externo esclarecendo dúvidas sobre o formato dos processos seletivos da Instituição;Participar de ações de benchmarking, reuniões e eventos para aprimoramento técnico;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais-LGPD;Realizar as atividades das áreas/setores, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que consideramos obrigatório:Ensino Superior completo em Gestão de RH ou Superior cursando a partir do 5° semestre em Psicologia;Experiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses comprovada na área de atuação;Conhecimento em pacote office;📍 Sobre a jornada e local de trabalho:Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, em horário comercial - 100% presencial;Local: Próximo ao metro Vergueiro.Informações adicionaisBenefícios oferecido pela empresa:Vale Transporte;VA; VR; Auxilio Creche para crianças até 5 anos; Assistência Médica (adesão Facultativa); Assistência Odontológica (adesão Facultativa); Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias;Profissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.
