Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e aprimorar trilhas de aprendizagem e programas de capacitação técnica e comportamental;Atuar na gestão da plataforma de aprendizagem corporativa e acompanhar indicadores de desenvolvimento;Criar e executar programas de desenvolvimento de lideranças;Desenvolver iniciativas relacionadas à cultura e clima organizacional, transformando diagnósticos em planos de ação;Contribuir para a evolução da jornada de onboarding e integração de novos colaboradores;Facilitar workshops, encontros e dinâmicas para promover integração, desenvolvimento e engajamento dos times;Apoiar programas de sucessão e desenvolvimento de talentos;Participar da construção de projetos estratégicos de Desenvolvimento Organizacional e Gestão de Pessoas;Desenvolver soluções personalizadas de desenvolvimento para diferentes necessidades da organização e das Singulares.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimentos que farão a diferença:Experiência ou conhecimento em trilhas de aprendizagem, T&D, desenvolvimento de lideranças, onboarding, cultura e clima organizacional, sucessão e avaliação de eficácia de treinamentos.Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, ferramentas de diagnóstico organizacional e modelo Kirkpatrick também será considerado um diferencial.
