Que tal fazer parte de uma empresa com crescimento acelerado que faz história há mais de quatro décadas?Chegou seu momento, venha ser #IN! 💙💚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia você vai:Atender colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre processos de administração de pessoal e coletando assinaturas nos documentos correspondentes.Realizar o processo de homologação de colaboradores desligados.Prestar apoio ao departamento jurídico nas reclamações trabalhistas e atuar como preposto em audiências.Controlar exames periódicos dos colaboradores e lançar em sistemas informatizados.Lançar programações de férias dos colaboradores e enviar recibos ao sistema do cliente.Conferir e lançar faturas de convênios médico e odontológico e enviar para pagamento.Fazer plantão de pré-holerite e coletar assinaturas em documentos de remuneração.Enviar diariamente arquivo de ponto para departamento de administração de pessoal.Fazer entrevistas de absenteísmo, tratar ponto e lançar atestados médicos.Apurar estouro de jornada, gerar relatórios e enviar para análise dos supervisores.Enviar semanalmente banco de horas atualizado para supervisores e gerência.Abrir chamados no sistema para troca de escala, problemas no ponto, entre outros.Organizar eventos como Dia do Pagode, Team Room, etc.Atender colaboradores esclarecendo dúvidas sobre processos de DHO.Realizar integração de novos colaboradores e acompanhamento por 30 dias.Extrair e analisar resultados da Remuneração Variável e elaborar planos de ação.Receber e arquivar semanalmente o Diagnóstico Trabalho Operacional.Manter atualizada planilha de controle de ações do processo de DPO.Prestar apoio ao superior em atividades de treinamento.Gerar e enviar faróis relacionados a ciclo de gente e skap para análise.Requisitos e qualificaçõesE o que você precisa ter?🎓Formação: Ensino Superior em Administração, Psicologia, ou áreas similares.🎓 Desejável: Cursando MBA/Pós-graduação em Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas.👥 Experiência: Experiência generalista na área.💼 Conhecimentos Específicos:🖥️ Pacote Office.📊 Excel Intermediário.💼 Administração de Pessoal.🤝 DHO (Recrutamento & Seleção e Treinamento & Desenvolvimento).⚖️ Legislação Trabalhista, Previdenciária e Sindical.🌡️ Pesquisa de Clima.💻 Sistemas Integrados - ERP.💼💰 Noções de Cargos, Salários e Carreira.⛑️ Noções de Segurança e Saúde do TrabalhoInformações adicionaisBenefícios que cuidam de você em todos os momentos!Na Imediato Nexway, acreditamos que sua qualidade de vida é essencial.
