A Tegra busca Analista Relacionamento Cliente Júnior responsável pelo atendimento ao cliente, gestão da jornada pós‑entrega e acompanhamento das demandas internas, garantindo uma experiência positiva em todos os pontos de contato.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento receptivo e ativo aos clientes por multicanais: telefone, WhatsApp corporativo, mídias sociais, site e presencial, quando necessário;Registrar as ocorrências em sistema e, aplicando o tratamento necessário para solução de cada problema, garantindo assim, a qualidade no atendimento e satisfação do cliente;Monitorar as ocorrências abertas para as áreas internas da Cia, visando um retorno ágil para o cliente;Participar da elaboração de controle e procedimentos da área de Relacionamento e equipe Técnica, buscando a melhoria continua dos processos para uma melhor experiência do cliente;Realizar a Gestão do Relacionamento com o condomínio no pós entrega.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Experiência em atendimento e controle de Assistência Técnica;Experiência no segmento imobiliário;Pacote Office Intermediário;Desejável experiência em atendimento dos seguintes temas: Assembleia de Instalação, Assembleia de Afetação, Plantão de entrega de chaves, visita de medição e visita técnica as obras;Disponibilidade para atuar aos finais de semanas e eventos durante a noite quando necessário;Conhecimento no sistema SAP (atendimento) é um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Vale Refeição/Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Previdência Privada;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Farmácia; Gympass;Bônus Anual.
