A Score Group, agência de trade marketing da Biosphera Network, está em busca de um(a) Analista Sênior de BI/Performance dedicado(a) a uma indústria farmacêutica multinacional de consumer healthcare (OTC).Buscamos um perfil com alta autonomia e senioridade técnica em dados, capaz de estruturar visualizações, integrar bases complexas e gerar diagnósticos que suportem tomadas de decisão comerciais, operacionais e financeiras da área.Essa pessoa será responsável por estruturar, automatizar e transformar grandes volumes de dados fragmentados de Vendas Sell-out, P&L, Preço e Visibilidade em inteligência acionável para a operação de Digital Commerce, reportando-se à Liderança de E-Trade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, desenhar visões e automatizar painéis e dashboards no Power BIIntegrar dados multicanais de plataformas de auditores, varejo e sistemas internos (como IQVIA WRS/OST, Symphony, Dunnhumby, Profitero e bases corporativas)Liderar a extração, tratamento e consolidação semanal de dados no Power BI para rotinas de performance, gerando insights qualitativos e executivos em apresentações para reuniões de acompanhamentoEstruturar bases de resultados mensais para a elaboração do P&L da área junto a Finanças e atualizar relatórios (Atingimento de Target Net Sales, Market Share, Digital Contribution)Elaborar diagnósticos de performance por cliente/rede (Deep Dive por categoria, marca e formato) para suportar negociações estratégicas de Contas Chave (e-JBP & KAM Digital)Manter governança e documentação organizada de todos os processos de extração e tratamento de dados para garantir a continuidade das rotinasBoa comunicação escrita e oral para interface direta com áreas internas do cliente e apresentação do Tracking SemanalRequisitos e qualificaçõesOBRIGATÓRIOS:Formação em Estatística, Engenharia, Economia, Administração, Marketing, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatasConhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Looker, Tableau ou similar)Domínio de Excel avançado (este ponto é mandatório)Facilidade em lidar com grandes volumes de dadosOrganização e capacidade de gestão de múltiplos parceiros e demandasDESEJÁVEIS:Experiência em Digital Commerce, e-commerce ou performance no mercado de bens de consumoVivência com dados de sell-out e execução de PDV digital (IQVIA, Dunnhumby, Symphony, Profitero ou similares)Noções de SQL e manipulação de banco de dadosInglês intermediárioExperiência prévia em agência ou consultoria de trade marketingMODELO DE CONTRATAÇÃO: PJ - R$ 10.000/mês (12 notas fiscais/ano + benefício de 13ª nota).
