Porém, seu principal desafio será atuar de forma consultiva junto às áreas, entendendo as dores do negócio para entregar não apenas métricas, mas recomendações valiosas que mudem o rumo das nossas ações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação Consultiva e Cultura Data-Driven:Trabalhar lado a lado com as áreas na definição inteligente de KPIs, fazendo as perguntas certas e traduzindo dores de negócio em soluções analíticas reais.Dashboards e Storytelling: Construir e manter visões no Power BI com foco em UX, indo além de relatórios operacionais para entregar narrativas claras, insights acionáveis e direcionamento tático/estratégico para a tomada de decisão.Exploração Estratégica (Data Lake): Navegar de forma autônoma pelas camadas do Data Lake (Bronze, Silver e Gold) não apenas para mover dados, mas para extrair respostas de alto valor em ambientes de Big Data. Inovação e Experimentação com IA: Liderar a exploração de novas fronteiras analíticas aplicando Inteligência Artificial diretamente sobre os dados do nosso Data Lake. Ter iniciativa e autonomia para propor, testar e validar MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) de soluções com IA ou análises avançadas/preditivas, agindo com mentalidade ágil para descobrir novas formas de gerar vantagem competitiva para o negócio.Modelagem de Dados e Performance: Desenvolver modelos eficientes e sustentáveis, garantindo que a escalabilidade e a performance das consultas acompanhem o crescimento do negócio.Governança e Confiabilidade: Automatizar fluxos de atualização e atuar como guardião da qualidade dos dados, garantindo a "Única Fonte da Verdade" (Single Source of Truth) para que a liderança decida com confiança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVisão de Negócios e Comunicação (Essencial): Capacidade comprovada de dialogar com pessoas não-técnicas, entender o "porquê" antes de construir o "como", e traduzir problemas complexos em métricas claras.Power BI Avançado: Domínio profundo de DAX, Big Query e design focado na experiência do usuário (UX).SQL Avançado: Domínio absoluto em consultas complexas, otimização, joins e transformações estruturais de dados.Fundamentos de Data Lake & ETL/ELT: Experiência prática com extração, transformação e carga de dados em arquiteturas modernas, armazenamento em nuvem e manipulação de múltiplos formatos (Parquet, CSV, JSON).Diferencial: Experiência prévia atuando diretamente no suporte a áreas estratégicas (como Vendas, Marketing, Produto ou Finanças) na geração de insights.Informações adicionaisVem pra Veda!
