Responsável pelo planejamento e gestão do produto, análise de desempenho e implementação da estratégia do segmento PF AM | AD, com o objetivo de identificar oportunidades para a expansão nos volumes e receitas, melhora da rentabilidade, bem como acompanhar as tendências de mercado e comportamentos dos concorrentes.  Responsabilidades e atribuições Contribuir para o planejamento de marketing e vendas, por meio do fornecimento de informações sobre a atuação da concorrência, características e perfil de clientes, tendências de mercado e outras informações relevantes para o negócio; Elaborar as políticas comerciais juntamente à área de Pricing, mediante recomendação de posicionamento comercial de preços e análise concorrencial; Acompanhar e favorecer o aumento da rentabilidade do produto, buscando alternativas para a maximização de preço, otimização de mix e volume, redução de inadimplência, entre outras alavancas; Alavancar ações de ativação e conversão de leads, auxiliando os canais de reserva e comunicação com o cliente nos processos que envolvam o segmento, bem como disponibilizando informações relevantes; Apoiar na construção das campanhas de comunicação e marketing garantindo o alinhamento de ações entre matriz e pontas (site, app, filiais, centrais de vendas); Acompanhar principais KPIs da área, atuando junto aos stakeholders sempre que necessário;Cumprir as metas, através da execução das ações previstas no plano de metas. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE BUSCAMOS Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Alta capacidade analítica aliada ao pensamento crítico; Adaptabilidade a ambientes de alto dinamismo;Gerenciamento de stakeholders Conhecimento em SQL; Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido na matriz em Belo Horizonte/MG. Perfil: autônomo, analítico, organizado, boa comunicação e relacionamento, flexível para lidar com mudanças
