Buscamos uma pessoa responsável por documentar processos, acompanhar, questionar, organizar e promover a melhoria contínua.Principais responsabilidades- Levantar, mapear e documentar processos das diferentes áreas da empresa;- Desenhar processos ainda não estruturados, definindo fluxos, responsáveis, interfaces, controles e pontos de decisão;- Mapear processos AS IS e apoiar a construção de modelos TO BE;- Revisar processos existentes, identificando gargalos, retrabalhos, riscos, redundâncias e oportunidades de simplificação;- Elaborar e manter atualizados fluxogramas, procedimentos, instruções, políticas, matrizes RACI e demais documentos relacionados aos processos;- Estruturar e manter a governança da documentação, incluindo responsáveis, aprovações, versionamento e periodicidade de revisão;- Apoiar as áreas na definição de papéis, responsabilidades, alçadas e controles;- Facilitar reuniões e workshops para levantamento, análise e redesenho de processos;- Acompanhar a implantação de novos processos e mudanças de fluxo;- Monitorar planos de ação e cobrar os responsáveis pelos prazos e entregas acordados;- Apoiar a definição e o acompanhamento de indicadores dos processos;- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e manter um backlog de melhorias, acompanhando sua evolução;- Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de negócio e tecnologia na identificação de oportunidades de digitalização e automação;- Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua, simplificação e disciplina operacional.- Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para apoiar análise, documentação, padronização, melhoria e automação de processos;- Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA nos processos da empresa, avaliando ganhos de produtividade, qualidade e eficiência;
