A Tesouraria do Asaas está estruturando e automatizando sua Mesa de Carteira Institucional e Gestão de Capital. Buscamos um profissional sênior para atuar na alocação de caixa proprietário do conglomerado, participando ativamente da criação dos processos, controles e fluxos dessa área do zero. Não tem problema, possibilitamos o trabalho remoto/home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a alocação de caixa e a gestão da carteira proprietária (LFT, NTN-B, CDBs, etc.), buscando a melhor rentabilidade e garantindo conformidade diária com as diretrizes regulatórias e salvaguardas do Banco Central (Bacen);Executar fluxos operacionais e a rotina diária de boletagem e conciliação de operações de tesouraria com alta precisão;Construir os processos e controles da Mesa Institucional, estruturando calculadoras de precificação financeira e eliminando rotinas manuais em favor da automação;Aplicar matemática financeira avançada para cálculos aplicados a taxas de juros, extrapolação e interpolação de curvas financeiras;Manter interface diária com os times de ALM e Backoffice, garantindo que as operações da Mesa sejam corretamente liquidadas;Apoiar pontualmente a Mesa de Funding (CDB, antecipação de recebíveis) garantindo o backup operacional da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSólida experiência em Tesouraria, preferencialmente oriundo de Startups, Fintechs ou Neobancos, atuando em Mesa Institucional, Gestão de Capital ou Backoffice de alta complexidade;Conhecimento prático indispensável em produtos de renda fixa (CDB, LFT, NTN-B e antecipação de recebíveis) e nas regras de salvaguarda do Bacen aplicáveis a IP e SCFI;Experiência prática comprovada na execução de fluxos e boletagem de operações;Domínio avançado de matemática financeira (precificação, taxas de juros e curvas de juros);Perfil analítico, lógico e orientado a dados (capacidade de tomar decisões fugindo de subjetividades ou "achismos");Perfil hands-on com facilidade para estruturar processos do zero, sem depender de sistemas legados superestruturados.Informações adicionais Diferenciais Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de dados e automação (Databricks, N8N, SQL, Python) para otimização de tesouraria;Vivência com a estruturação e operacionalização de Letras Financeiras e operações Offshore (ETFs, etc.);Experiência prévia de uso com o sistema de tesouraria Matera;Uso intencional e prático de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) para ganho de eficiência operacional, automação ou análise comparativa de mercado;Domínio de ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau).Modelo de TrabalhoCarga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira);Contratação CLT.
