Venha fazer parte dessa jornada e trilhar um caminho que transforma Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que estamos buscando?Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar na área de Segurança Patrimonial, garantindo que os padrões de segurança da RD Saúde sejam aplicados em projetos de expansão, reformas e operações de nossas farmácias e Centros de Distribuição.Essa posição terá atuação próxima às áreas de Engenharia, Projetos e fornecedores especializados, contribuindo para a prevenção de riscos e proteção dos nossos ativos.Quais serão suas principais atividades?Planejar, acompanhar e validar a implantação de sistemas de segurança eletrônica em novas lojas, reformas e Centros de Distribuição;Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança patrimonial nos projetos desde a fase de planejamento até a entrega da unidade;Atuar na gestão e acompanhamento de fornecedores de sistemas de CFTV, controle de acesso, alarmes de intrusão e proteção perimetral;Realizar auditorias em campo para avaliação da aderência aos requisitos de segurança;Identificar vulnerabilidades e propor ações preventivas e corretivas;Elaborar relatórios, indicadores e análises relacionados à segurança patrimonial e prevenção de perdas;Trabalhar de forma integrada com áreas internas, apoiando decisões e projetos que contribuam para a mitigação de riscos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário ter ensino superior completo em Gestão de Segurança Privada, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com segurança patrimonial e/ou segurança eletrônica;Conhecimento em sistemas de monitoramento IP, CFTV e plataformas de gerenciamento de vídeo (VMS);Vivência com controle de acesso, alarmes de intrusão e proteção perimetral;Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de plantas técnicas;Excel intermediário ou avançado para elaboração de controles e indicadores.DiferenciaisConhecimento em AutoCAD;Experiência em varejo, logística ou Centros de Distribuição;Conhecimento em metodologias de análise de riscos;Familiaridade com automação predial;Conhecimento em legislação aplicada à segurança privada;Conhecimento em normas de segurança contra incêndio e pânico.Informações adicionais💰 PLR⏰ Horário flexível🏙️ Atuação híbrida 4x1 🏠👨🏻‍🍳 Restaurante no local🚏 Vale-transporte - 3%🚉 Fretado gratuito saindo do Terminal de Ônibus Osasco, Estação Lapa (Linha 7 Rubi), Metrô Butantã, Largo Taboão da Serra, Estação Tatuapé e Santo Amaro🩺 Assistência médica (custo em folha mensal + coparticipação)🦷 Assistência odontológica🩺 Telemedicina sem custo para o funcionário💊 Benefício farmácia Univers🧠 Terapia💚 Plataformas de saúde física e bem-estar🦺 Seguro de vida💪🏻 Wellhub (antigo Gympass)🏋🏻‍♀️ Academia no local - Campus/Matriz📗 Universidade RD🎉 NiveRD - Day off🎄 Cesta de Natal🎭 Convênio SESC 🛍️ Clube de descontos New Value👶 Licença maternidade/paternidade estendida🕊️ Assistência funeral
