Responsabilidades e atribuições Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Segurança GRC Pleno para apoiar a estruturação de processos de governança, risco e conformidade. Principais Responsabilidades:Realizar o mapeamento de riscos e operações corporativas;Elaborar e revisar políticas de segurança de informação;Definir o modelo de auditorias internas e executar a agenda programada;Atender a auditorias solicitadas por clientes e por órgãos reguladores do mercado;Conduzir a avaliação de continuidade de negócios, executando exercícios práticos de DR (Disaster Recovery) e PCN (Plano de Continuidade de Negócios);Realizar a avaliação de segurança de fornecedores (vendor risk management);Construir dashboards contendo índices e ratings de risco específicos por operação;Mitigar riscos sugerindo planos compensatórios e acompanhando a implementação dos planos de ação;Emitir cartas formais e comunicações de risco para resguardar juridicamente a companhia caso um cliente não esteja aderente às exigências;Elaborar apresentações executivas para clientes, apoiar na estruturação de comitês de riscos e criar catálogos de fornecedores focados em resposta a incidentes;Liderar a gestão de crises corporativas e apoiar na comunicação técnica direta com o cliente durante crises de resposta a incidentes;Revisar e propor melhorias contratuais com foco em segurança.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos:Graduação em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em normas e padrões de segurança da informação (ISO 27001, NIST, etc).Experiência com auditorias internas e externas.Conhecimento em gestão de riscos e conformidade.Habilidade para elaborar e revisar políticas de segurança de informação.Capacidade de conduzir avaliações de continuidade de negócios.Experiência com avaliação de segurança de fornecedores.Habilidade para construir dashboards contendo índices e ratings de risco específicos por operação.

Diferenciais:

Certificações em segurança da informação (CISSP, CISM, etc).Experiência em gestão de crises corporativas.Conhecimento em leis e regulamentações de privacidade de dados (LGPD, GDPR, etc).Habilidade para elaborar apresentações executivas para clientes.Experiência com revisão e melhoria de contratos com foco em segurança.
