Nosso portfólio inclui soluções hospitalares e farmacêuticas para o mercado nacional e internacional.Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que transforma desafios em oportunidades de crescimento! 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, executar e revisar estudos de validação de métodos microbiológicos, incluindo endotoxinas, esterilidade, bioburden, testes rápidos, entre outros.Elaborar, revisar e aprovar protocolos, relatórios, POPs e demais documentos técnicos.Garantir a aderência às normas regulatórias vigentes (ANVISA, FDA, EMA, ISO), bem como às políticas internas de qualidade.Atuar na investigação de desvios, Out of Specification (OOS), divergências e não conformidades, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Suportar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo evidências e informações técnicas.Treinar e orientar a equipe em métodos, boas práticas laboratoriais e requisitos de validação.Contribuir ativamente na melhoria contínua dos processos e na implementação de novas metodologias.Colaborar com áreas multidisciplinares (Produção, GQ, Engenharia, P&D) em projetos e análises de risco.Estar disponível para atuação em horários estendidos, diferenciados ou revezamentos, conforme demandas operacionais ou de validação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Farmácia, Biomedicina, Biologia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Microbiologia Industrial, preferencialmente em laboratórios de produtos estéreis/injetáveis.Vivência comprovada em validação microbiológica e/ou qualificação de processos assépticos.Conhecimento avançado de BPL, BPF, RDCs aplicáveis, Guia de Validação e guias internacionais (USP, EP, PDA, ISO).Capacidade de análise crítica, interpretação de dados e elaboração de relatórios técnicos complexos.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência em laboratórios de injetáveis de alta complexidade (áreas classificadas).Participação em auditorias FDA/EMA ou projetos de certificação internacional.Conhecimento em métodos microbiológicos rápidos (RMM).
