Requisitos técnicos (hard skills)1 a 5 anos de atuação como Scrum Master / Agile Master em times de tecnologia. (desejável)Domínio prático de Scrum e Kanban — e critério para saber quando usar cada um. (desejável)Capacidade de leitura de dadosFerramentas de gestão: Azure DevOps, Jira ou equivalente — configuração de boards, queries e dashboards (desejável)Entendimento do ciclo de vida de software: APIs, arquitetura em camadas, pipelines de CI/CD, ambientes.
