Se você procura um ambiente acolhedor, com oportunidades de desenvolvimento, e tem orgulho em contribuir com um propósito maior, essa vaga pode ser ideal para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar parametrizações, configurações e manutenção nos módulos do ecossistema TOTVS RM (ex.: Gestão Financeira, Contábil, Compras, Estoque, RH/Folha, Gestão do Clube/Atendimento);Acompanhar e executar atualizações de versão, patchs e simulações do ambiente TOTVS RM;Mapear fluxos de processos das áreas finalísticas do clube para alinhar as regras de negócio às soluções do ERP;Elaborar e otimizar queries, views, stored procedures, triggers e funções em SQL para extração e manipulação de dados com foco em performance e segurança;Desenvolver relatórios customizados, planilhas inteligentes e dashboards (Gerador de Relatórios RM, Planilha Inteligente/Business Intelligence);Zelar pela integridade, consistência e segurança das bases de dados do clube;Realizar levantamento de requisitos com os gestores dos setores para criação ou melhoria de processos informatizados;Elaborar manuais, documentações técnicas e rotinas operacionais;Treinar e orientar os usuários internos na utilização correta das aplicações e módulos implementados;Prestar suporte de nível avançado/especializado aos usuários e intermediar chamados técnicos com a TOTVS ou fornecedores terceiros;Apoiar o Gerente de TI em diagnósticos de problemas, inovação e soluções tecnológicas para melhoria da experiência dos associados e da operação do clube;Zelar pelo patrimônio e pelas diretrizes de segurança da informação do PIC.Requisitos e qualificações Banco de dados SQL Server;Conhecimento de Power BI;ERP Totvs RM Backoffice e Folha;Conhecimento de hardwares, softwares, redes e em sistemas operacionais e sistemas de gerenciamento;Conhecimento de peças e componentes de informática, reparos e manutenção;Conhecimento de informática em sistemas operacionais, editores de textos, Internet e planilhas eletrônicas;Conhecimentos de rotinas administrativas e de normas/procedimentos da área;Relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;Comprometimento;Comunicação Eficaz;Dinamismo (inclui vigor, rapidez, energia, vitalidade);Flexibilidade;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;Iniciativa;Ética;Atenção.Informações adicionaisHappy Day;Lanche diário;Vale Combustível ou Vale Transporte;VA e VR;Cesta Básica;Auxílio-Creche;Convênio SESC;Convênio CDL;Seguro de vida e assistência funeral;Plano de Saúde sem coparticipação UNIMED;Plano Odontológico sem coparticipação UNIMED.
