Analista de Sistemas Sênior Descrição da Posição Buscamos um(a) Analista de Sistemas Sênior com sólida experiência em gestão de demandas, condução de projetos e atuação como referência técnica e funcional entre as áreas de negócio e tecnologia. O profissional será responsável por planejar, acompanhar e coordenar todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de software, garantindo a qualidade das entregas, o cumprimento dos prazos e o alinhamento entre as necessidades do negócio e as soluções tecnológicas. Principais Responsabilidades Planejar e acompanhar o ciclo completo de desenvolvimento de software. Elaborar e gerenciar cronogramas, roadmaps e planos de entrega. Realizar a gestão e priorização das tarefas do time de desenvolvimento. Atuar como ponto focal entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia e demais stakeholders. Conduzir refinamentos funcionais e técnicos das especificações junto às áreas demandantes. Garantir a qualidade e rastreabilidade dos requisitos. Acompanhar riscos, dependências e impedimentos dos projetos. Manter e evoluir modelos de dados da solução. Apoiar tecnicamente o time nas definições de arquitetura e solução. Monitorar indicadores e assegurar o cumprimento dos compromissos assumidos. Requisitos Obrigatórios Experiência mínima de 5 anos atuando como Analista de Sistemas, Analista Funcional, Líder de Projetos ou Gerente de Projetos de TI. Experiência comprovada na condução de projetos críticos ou de alta complexidade. Vivência em gestão e coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares. Conhecimento e aplicação de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou similares). Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de demandas, preferencialmente Jira. Capacidade de comunicação e negociação com áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas. Perfil organizado, comprometido com prazos e orientado a resultados. Diferenciais Conhecimento em SQL para análise e validação de dados. Conhecimento em desenvolvimento Java. Conhecimento em Angular. Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte. Vivência em transformação digital e modernização de sistemas legados. Competências Comportamentais Protagonismo e senso de dono. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica. Organização e gestão de prioridades. Liderança e influência sem autoridade formal. Comprometimento com resultados e prazos.
