Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConheça o dia a dia desse profissional:

Ser parceiro estratégico das lideranças, apoiando na definição e execução das estratégias de gestão de pessoas alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio; Acompanhar indicadores, traduzindo dados em ações efetivas (pesquisas de clima, onboarding, offboarding, ciclo de performance, etc.);  Atuar na construção e implementação de ações para fortalecer a cultura organizacional; Desenvolver lideranças em parceria com as áreas de Treinamento, Remuneração, Seleção e demais subsistemas de RH; Apoiar políticas e práticas de gestão de pessoas, garantindo sua aplicação e eficácia; Co-criar e facilitar processos de integração de equipes (team building) com foco em colaboração e resultados; Contribuir para o desenho organizacional das áreas clientes, influenciando no planejamento e estruturação de equipes;  Ser um elo entre as áreas de negócio e todos os subsistemas de RH, garantindo integração e sinergia nas entregas. Requisitos e qualificações O que você precisa ter:

Formação em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas afins (pós-graduação na área será um diferencial);  Experiência como HR Business Partner; Conhecimento abrangente em processos e políticas de RH;  Domínio do Pacote Office; Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, aplicando-as para ganho de produtividade, análise de informações, elaboração de materiais e apoio à tomada de decisão.

Vivência prévia em outros subsistemas de RH (seleção, treinamento, remuneração) será um plus.
