Juntos por uma sociedade mais saudável impactamos mais de 1 milhão de vidas e queremos ir ainda mais longe — de forma sólida, humana e lado a lado com você.Venha fazer parte dessa jornada e trilhar um caminho que transforma.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos uma pessoa para atuar de forma estratégica junto à área de Multicanal, apoiando análises financeiras, estudos de rentabilidade, projeções e monitoramento de indicadores que suportem a tomada de decisão do negócio.Principais atividades:Desenvolver análises e estudos de dados para apoiar a gestão financeira e o acompanhamento do desempenho da companhia.Analisar indicadores financeiros e operacionais, identificando tendências, riscos, oportunidades e desvios em relação ao orçamento e forecast.Construir e automatizar dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores para monitoramento dos resultados do negócio.Apoiar as áreas de FP&A/ Finanças na análise do P&L, despesas, receitas, margem e rentabilidade.Estruturar análises de rentabilidade por canal, categoria, fornecedor, produto e demais dimensões estratégicas do negócio.Realizar análises exploratórias e diagnósticas de grandes volumes de dados, transformando informações em insights acionáveis.Desenvolver modelos analíticos e estatísticos para projeções de resultados, demanda, despesas e receitas.Garantir a confiabilidade, consistência e qualidade dos dados utilizados nos estudos e reportes.Estudos Analíticos: idealizar, estruturar e conduzir estudos e modelos preditivos.Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards e contribuir com informações e contribuir com recomendações para tomadas de decisões.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos profissionais com:Ensino Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com análise de dados e construção de indicadores para apoio à tomada de decisão.Conhecimento avançado em SQL.Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados, como Power BI ou similares.Vivência na transformação de dados em insights e recomendações de negócio.Perfil analítico, proativo e com boa capacidade de comunicação.Diferenciais: Experiência em finanças, planejamento financeiro ou inteligência financeira.Conhecimento em Python, R ou ferramentas de modelagem analítica.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Analytics, Business Intelligence ou áreas relacionadas.Conhecimento em ambientes de nuvem (Azure, AWS ou GCP).Perfil comportamental:Forte capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico.Perfil investigativo e orientado à resolução de problemas.Capacidade de transformar dados em insights de negócio.Boa comunicação e habilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos.Organização, autonomia e senso de prioridade.Proatividade e foco em resultadosInformações adicionaisSão mais de 40 benefícios pensados pra você e pra sua família. 🩺 Assistência Médica (custo em folha mensal + coparticipação) 🩺 Assistência Odontológica 🩺Telemedicina sem custo para o funcionário 🩺 Benefício farmácia 🩺 Terapia 🩺 Plataformas Saúde Física e bem estar 👨🏻‍🍳 Restaurante no local 🚏 Vale transporte - 3% de desconto em folha 🚉 Fretado Gratuito saindo do terminal de ônibus Osasco, estação Lapa (linha 7 Rubi) e Metrôs Butantã, Tatuapé, Santo Amaro e Largo Taboão da Serra 🦺 Seguro de vida 💪🏻 Wellhub 💪🏻 Academia RD 📗 Universidade RD 🎉 NiveRD - Day off de aniversário 💰 PLR - participação nos resultados ⏰ Jornada flexível 🎄 Cesta Natal
