Seja quem você é aqui!Vamos juntos nessa?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos uma pessoa para integrar o time de Gente & Cultura, com atuação focada em Recrutamento e Seleção para o Centro de Distribuição.A posição terá forte proximidade com a operação e será responsável pela condução de processos seletivos de ponta a ponta para posições operacionais, administrativas e de liderança. Procuramos alguém com experiência em alto volume de vagas, organização para lidar com diferentes prioridades e facilidade para construir parceria com as lideranças.Principais Atividades:Conduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de ponta a ponta para posições operacionais e administrativas do Centro de Distribuição;Realizar alinhamento de perfil, divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, entrevistas e dinâmicas;Atuar de forma próxima às lideranças e à operação do CD, compreendendo as necessidades e particularidades de cada área;Acompanhar os processos seletivos, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs de contratação e qualidade das entregas;Realizar follow-up constante com candidatos e gestores ao longo do processo;Acompanhar dados e indicadores de R&S, contribuindo para análises e melhoria dos processos;Apoiar ações e projetos de atração de talentos e employer branding direcionados ao público operacional;Contribuir de forma proativa para soluções que apoiem os desafios de atração e contratação da operação. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas, sendo Psicologia considerada preferencial;Experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção;Experiência com processos seletivos para vagas operacionais, preferencialmente em alto volume;Conhecimento em metodologias e técnicas de entrevista, incluindo entrevista por competências;Experiência no acompanhamento de dados e indicadores de R&S;Familiaridade com sistemas e ferramentas de RH, como Gupy e LG;Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office.Conhecimentos DesejáveisExperiência anterior em Centro de Distribuição, logística, transportes, varejo ou consultoria de R&S;Experiência com estratégias de atração para públicos operacionais;Participação em projetos relacionados ao desenvolvimento de lideranças ou treinamento operacional.Competências ComportamentaisBuscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, organizada e proativa, que tenha facilidade para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e com alto volume de demandas.É importante ter disponibilidade para uma atuação próxima ao chão do CD, construindo relacionamento com as lideranças e conhecendo de perto a realidade da operação. Também esperamos capacidade de priorização, resiliência diante de mudanças, visão de negócio, foco em resultados e uma comunicação clara e empática.Informações adicionaisParticipação nos Resultados (PPR)Day off aniversárioAssistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaTelemedicinaVTRestaurante no localSeguro de VidaBenefício FarmáciaClube de BenefíciosWellhubPlataformas de saúde, bem-estar e atendimento psicológicoCesta de NatalTrilha de CarreiraUniversidade CorporativaLicença Maternidade e Paternidade EstendidaKit bebê para gestantesAuxílio funeral
