Seja quem você é aqui!Vamos juntos nessa?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAmpla experiência em planejamento de demanda, abastecimento e S&OP, com foco em otimização de estoques, acuracidade do forecast e integração entre áreas.Atuação direta no ciclo mensal de S&OP, liderando frentes de forecast estatístico, validação com áreas comerciais, acompanhamento de indicadores de acuracidade (FVA, WMAPE, BIAS) e estudos de cobertura e abastecimento por canal (varejo físico e e-commerce).Domínio avançado em Excel, Power BI e Alteryx, com aplicação em automações, análises preditivas, segmentação de portfólio e relatórios executivos.Forecast assertivo em categorias críticas (ex: perfumaria).Responsável por reports gerenciais e suporte à diretoria em decisões de compra.Planejamento de campanhas sazonais e promocionais com base em históricos e projeções.Atuação em projetos de melhoria contínua e digitalização de processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração, Engenharia, disciplinas de Supply Chain/Operações similares ou Ciências Exatas no geralExperiência sólida em Python (mandatório)Excel – AvançadoPower BI – AvançadoAlteryx - DiferencialInformações adicionaisParticipação nos Resultados (PPR)Assistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaRefeitório no localSeguro de VidaVale-TransporteBenefício Farmácia (Univers)Convênio com Empresas Parceiras (New Value)Auxílio Academia (Wellhub)Cesta de NatalLicença Maternidade e Paternidade Estendida
