Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!#LIONSITE#LI-SS1 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos buscando um Analista de Suporte II para se juntar à nossa equipe. Responsabilidades:- Suporte, instalação e configuração de novos equipamentos de TI e reconfiguração de outros previamente instalados;- Análise e diagnóstico de incidentes para solução de problemas, eventualmente com atuação conjunta com fornecedores e outros profissionais;- Suporte à instalação e configuração de sistemas operacionais (MS-Windows 7/8/10/11 ou suas evoluções tecnológicas);- Suporte à instalação e configuração de ferramentas de usuário nativas nos equipamentos (MS-Office Professional, MS-Outlook, Navegadores) ou em Nuvem (Office 365, Teams, One Drive);- Instalação de softwares padrão de mercado homologados e disponibilizados pelo cliente (agentes de antivírus, leitores PDF, plug-in, etc);- Instalação de aplicações ou sistemas de informação específicos desde que com procedimentos, manuais e/ou tutoriais fornecidos e caso necessário com auxílio do fornecedor ou desenvolvedor;- Verificação e identificação de problemas em sistemas de cabeamento, configuração e reparos básicos e esporádicos na infraestrutura de rede como por exemplo: crimpagem de cabos de rede e instalação física de switches de acesso em rack (sem configuração ou programação);- Registro, acompanhamento, andamento e resolução dos atendimentos em sistema de gestão de chamados;- Desenvolvimento de procedimentos para administração das soluções implementadas na resolução de problemas e incidentes, incluindo documentação e procedimentos operacionais;- Identificação de atividades que possam ser automatizadas, escrevendo ou propondo ferramentas para automatizá-las;- Manter atualizada a base de conhecimento: Acompanhar a revisão e atualização dos procedimentos operacionais (documentos), pesquisando novas soluções, analisando criticamente os processos e propondo melhorias.
