Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!Hibrido - Petrópolis ou Teresópolis/RJHorário Comercial Responsabilidades e atribuições Atender, registrar e categorizar chamados de usuários via ferramenta de ITSM.Realizar suporte técnico de primeiro nível, executando diagnóstico inicial e resolução de incidentes básicos de hardware e software.Orientar usuários sobre a utilização adequada de sistemas, ferramentas e aplicativos corporativos.Escalar incidentes e requisições para equipes de segundo/terceiro nível quando necessário, acompanhando o ciclo de vida do chamado até o encerramento.Manter o histórico de atendimento e documentações devidamente preenchidos e atualizados.Contribuir para a Base de Conhecimento (KCS), sugerindo novos artigos e atualização de procedimentos operacionais.Assegurar a satisfação do usuário final e o cumprimento dos acordos de nível de serviço (SLA).

Requisitos e qualificações

 Desejável experiência de atuação com suporte técnico, service desk ou atendimento ao usuário.Ensino Superior COMPLETO em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins.Certificação ITIL Foundation (v3 ou v4).Conhecimentos Técnicos:Fundamentos de sistemas operacionais (Windows, macOS ou Linux).Noções básicas de redes de computadores (conectividade, cabeamento, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP, DNS).Vivência ou noções de ferramentas de chamados / ITSM.Habilidades: Comunicação clara, empatia, raciocínio lógico para triagem rápida de problemas e forte orientação para atendimento ao cliente.DiferenciaisExperiência anterior em ambientes corporativos de Service Desk de alto volume.
