Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Suporte Jr N1 para atuar no atendimento remoto aos usuários, realizando o registro, tratamento e acompanhamento de chamados, com foco na resolução eficiente das solicitações e na qualidade do atendimento.

Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!Escala: 6x1 - RemotoHorário: 8h as 16h:12m - Sábado à combinarResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e registrar as solicitações dos usuários no sistema de gerenciamento de chamados;

Categorizar e priorizar os chamados conforme as regras e procedimentos definidos pelo cliente;

Realizar atendimento por telefone e/ou acesso remoto, buscando solucionar as demandas no primeiro contato sempre que possível;

Atender dúvidas relacionadas à infraestrutura de TI e à utilização dos recursos disponibilizados aos usuários;

Solucionar incidentes relacionados a acessos indevidos, vírus, reinstalação de softwares e outras demandas de suporte;

Realizar troubleshooting inicial e orientar os usuários na resolução de problemas;

Registrar e encaminhar chamados relacionados a hardware, software, infraestrutura, serviços, recuperação de dados e demandas que necessitem de atendimento presencial;

Identificar e solucionar tickets elegíveis para FCR (First Call Resolution);

Criar e registrar chamados de Incidentes Críticos, realizando o devido escalonamento para as equipes responsáveis;

Garantir que todas as interações e soluções sejam devidamente documentadas no sistema de chamados.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior Completo;Experiência ou conhecimento em atendimento e suporte técnico de TI;

Familiaridade com ferramentas de ITSM/ticketing;

Conhecimento básico em hardware, software e infraestrutura de TI;

Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais e instalação/reinstalação de softwares;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Organização para registro e acompanhamento de chamados;

Capacidade de identificar prioridades e realizar o correto escalonamento das demandas;

Disponibilidade para atuação 100% remota.
