O profissional será responsável por realizar o suporte técnico especializado de segundo nível, atuando na análise e resolução de incidentes, apoio às equipes de campo, validação de procedimentos técnicos e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e na confiabilidade dos equipamentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar suporte técnico de segundo nível para equipamentos ATM e periféricos.Apoiar as equipes de campo na resolução de problemas técnicos de maior complexidade.Validar procedimentos técnicos e acompanhar atividades de manutenção corretiva.Identificar tendências de falhas recorrentes e propor ações de melhoria contínua.Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de documentações técnicas e procedimentos operacionais.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de TI, Engenharia, Laboratórios de Manutenção e fornecedores no tratamento de incidentes.Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, requisitos de segurança e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificações FormaçãoCurso Técnico ou Superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Eletrônica, Telecomunicações, Automação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência DesejávelAtuação com manutenção e suporte de equipamentos ATM.Conhecimento em diagnóstico de hardware de computadores e dispositivos eletrônicos.Experiência em suporte remoto e atendimento às equipes técnicas de campo.Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de chamados e monitoramento de ambientes.Conhecimentos TécnicosHardware de microcomputadores e servidores.Sistemas operacionais Windows.Componentes de ATM (CPU, módulos pagadores, leitoras de cartão, biometria, impressoras e dispositivos de segurança).Interpretação de logs e análise de falhas.Ferramentas de monitoramento e gestão de chamados.Pacote Office, com foco em Excel para análise de dados e indicadores.Competências ComportamentaisCapacidade analítica.Proatividade e senso de dono.Comunicação verbal e escrita.Organização e disciplina operacional.Trabalho em equipe.Foco na solução de problemas.Senso de urgência.Orientação para resultados e qualidade.DiferenciaisConhecimento e experiência com equipamentos Diebold, NCR e recicladoras.Permaneço à disposição para quaisquer esclarecimentos ou ajustes necessários.
