Apoiar a implementação de programas, relatórios e certificações de sustentabilidade corporativa que visam reduzir o impacto adverso da organização ou outras questões relacionadas à sustentabilidade. Nesta colocação, apoiará a área com organização, disciplina, gestão de tempo e dados e apoiará na educação sustentável da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar no progresso de iniciativas de certificações de protocolos sustentáveis, como o acompanhamento da redução de emissões e a atualização do inventário de emissões de gases de efeito estufa;Ser facilitador para o envolvimento da comunidade e dos colaboradores em iniciativas estabelecidas de sustentabilidade e proteção climática;Contribuir com outros departamentos para garantir que os esforços de sustentabilidade tenham um impacto limitado nos padrões de produtividade ou qualidade;Análise de suporte de operações que identifiquem com precisão a pegada ambiental da organização, incluindo uso de energia e gás, água ou outras emissões de resíduos, e ações voltadas à economia circular;Apoiar o planejamento e execução de eventos, workshops, reuniões internas/externas realizados pela área de sustentabilidade, visando suportar os processos, iniciativas, metas e projetos;Participar ativamente das implantações relacionadas a sua área de atuação;Realizar o controle dos dados para o relatório anual do ESG, realizar treinamentos nas plataformas e auxiliar na comunicação com as áreas;Apoiar na escrituração de contratos, elaboração de orçamentos, pagamento de notas fiscais e protocolar reembolsos;Realizar reservas de passagens, hotéis, carros, coffees e agendamentos de reuniões;Apoiar na divulgação de eventos e programas, bem como os materiais gráficos envolvidos;Apoiar na criação de apresentações relatórios institucionais;Realizar o preenchimento de documentações de clientes e fornecedores;Executar as atividades da função respeitando todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente do trabalho, estabelecidos pela organização, bem como, utilizar constantemente todos os EPIs de uso obrigatório no desenvolvimento das atividades do cargo e do setor.
