Então venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time da qualidade, você irá:Atuar no cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF).Garantir atendimento às legislações e normas regulatórias aplicáveis (ANVISA e MAPA).Realizar tratativa de desvios de qualidade, incluindo investigação de causa raiz.Elaborar, implementar e acompanhar planos de ação (CAPA).Executar e acompanhar processos de Controle de Mudanças.Elaborar, revisar e controlar documentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.Realizar gestão de riscos relacionados a processos, produtos e qualidade.Elaborar materiais e ministrar treinamentos relacionados à qualidade e BPF.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas.Acompanhar indicadores da qualidade e propor melhorias de processo.Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos e do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:Formação superior em Química, Farmácia ou Gestão da Qualidade.Experiência na área de Qualidade.Experiência em ambientes regulados (ANVISA e MAPA).Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF).Experiência com tratativa de desvios, investigação de causa raiz e gestão de CAPA.Vivência com Controle de Mudanças e gestão de documentos.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão documental (DOCNIX e MAXDOC).Excel intermediário/avançado.Conhecimento em Power BI para elaboração de relatórios e indicadores.Perfil comunicativo, com habilidade para condução de treinamentos.Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade e gestão de riscos.Informações adicionaisSalário fixo;Assistência médica e odontológica;Refeitório interno;Vale alimentação;Seguro de vida;Total Pass;Convênio com farmácia;Universidade MCassab (conforme política interna);Vale Transporte e/ou Fretado compartilhado atendendo as cidades: Jarinu, Atibaia, Bragança Paulista, Itatiba, Jundiaí, Várzea Paulista, Campo Limpo Paulista, Nazaré Paulista, Bom Jesus dos Perdões e Campinas;Jornada das 08h as 18h de segunda a quinta e das 08h as 17h na sexta-feira.
