Juntos criamos soluções inteligentes com #focoemresultados para sustentabilidade do negócio.Nosso propósito é promover o bem-estar da sociedade preservando vidas.Se inscreva, e embarque nessa jornada com a gente! 🚀💙💛😀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista técnico Júnior, você focará em:Prestar suporte técnico às equipes de campo (técnicos de manutenções da Mobit e terceiros); Fazer o acompanhamento da equipe em campo, orientando-a nas dificuldades existentes na implantação do projeto e situações de campo, conforme procedimentos técnicos do projeto/tipo de equipamento; Acompanhar a recuperação de dados garantindo proteção e sigilo das informações coletadas; Realizar a medição da conectividade do parque de equipamentos; Elaborar diagnóstico e executar resoluções para problemas de Software, Hardware e Rede de Computadores; Acompanhar testes de funcionamento e configuração de parâmetros dos equipamentos; Orientar os Técnicos, Assistentes e Auxiliares de campo na execução dos trabalhos e no atingimento das metas propostas; Participar da consolidação de dados e imagens para os relatórios, processos de controle e medição de serviços prestados aos órgãos contratantes, conforme procedimentos estabelecidos pela gerência do contrato e/ou gerência de operações; Fazer a elaboração, distribuição, retorno e fechamento dos chamados do Setor; Garantir que sejam realizadas as atividades de cadastro e atualização de equipamentos para o correto funcionamento dos sistemas; Analisar e propor melhorias relativas ao funcionamento dos equipamentos e funcionalidades dos sistemas; Elaborar relatórios técnicos para validação do desempenho de novas soluções relativas ao funcionamento dos equipamentos e funcionalidades dos sistemas; Analisar os indicadores da área e propor ações de melhorias; Elaborar/manter documentação técnica de apoio as equipes de campo. Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Nível superior em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia Elétrica, Computação, Telecomunicações, eletrônica ou Curso técnico concluído.Conhecimento Intermediário em redes de comunicação; Excel e PowerPoint intermediários;Conhecimento Intermediário em instalação e configuração de Softwares e Hardwares Noções de sinalização vertical e horizontal de trânsito;Noções do processo licitatório;Noções do processo de aferição.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale Refeição ou Vale Alimentação - Flexivel (Ifood Benefícios);Wellhub (Gympass);Convênios com farmácias ;Niver off;Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Convênios com instituições de ensino.O que você vai encontrar aqui:Ambiente de aprendizado contínuo;Cultura de colaboração entre os times.Outras informações:Salário: R$ 2.574,13
