Executar atividades de controle de qualidade relacionadas ao processo produtivo da área de alergênicos e envase, assegurando o atendimento aos requisitos de qualidade, segurança dos alimentos, rastreabilidade e conformidade com as Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF).

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time da qualidade NUTROR, você irá:• Realizar controles sensoriais e análises de qualidade de matérias-primas e produtos;• Executar inspeções de recravação de latas e controles metrológicos do processo;• Realizar coleta, identificação e rastreabilidade de amostras e lotes;• Executar auditorias de linha, verificando Boas Práticas de Fabricação e padrões de qualidade;• Atuar no monitoramento ambiental e controle de alergênicos;• Identificar, registrar e apoiar a tratativa de não conformidades e desvios;• Preencher e manter atualizados registros e documentos da qualidade;• Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e controles da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:

Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia de Alimentos, Química, Biologia, Farmácia, Nutrição ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento básico em BPF e sistemas de gestão da qualidade; Desejável experiência em controle de qualidade industrial, alimentos, suplementos alimentares ou indústria farmacêutica; Conhecimento básico em ferramentas do pacote Office.

Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:

Conhecimento com análises sensoriais (olfativas, visuais e gustativas) e emissão de laudos técnicos;Conhecimento na elaboração e revisão de procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e registros da qualidade;Conhecimento em monitoramento ambiental, testes de ATP e programas de validação de limpeza;Conhecimento de sistemas, Totvs ou similares;Vivência em inspeções de processo produtivo, auditorias de linha e liberação de produtos.
