Estamos em busca de profissionais talentosos, motivados e comprometidos com a qualidade e a inovação.Se você se identifica com esse perfil e deseja fazer parte de uma equipe orientada pela excelência e por resultados, inscreva-se agora e venha construir um futuro promissor conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por executar atividades de suporte técnico, operação e manutenção dos recursos de tecnologia da informação da concessionária, assegurando a continuidade dos sistemas críticos que suportam a operação rodoviária, como pedágio, monitoramento de tráfego, atendimento ao usuário e sistemas corporativos.Principais Responsabilidades: Prestar atendimento de primeiro nível aos usuários, registrando, analisando e solucionando incidentes e requisições;Monitorar a disponibilidade e o desempenho de sistemas, servidores, redes e aplicações operacionais;Atuar na manutenção e suporte a sistemas de pedágio (manual e automático), sistemas de pesagem, CFTV e painéis de mensagens variáveis (PMV);Realizar instalação, configuração e atualização de equipamentos (computadores, câmeras, switches, rádios, etc.);Apoiar a administração de redes locais (LAN/WAN), links de comunicação e conectividade entre bases operacionais e sede;Executar rotinas de backup, controle de acessos e aplicação de políticas de segurança da informação;Acompanhar fornecedores e prestadores de serviço em atividades técnicas;Registrar e documentar procedimentos, inventário de ativos e base de conhecimento;Apoiar testes, implantações e melhorias em sistemas e infraestrutura de TI;Cumprir e zelar pelos níveis de serviço (SLA) estabelecidos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas;Requisitos Desejáveis:Sistemas operacionais Windows e/ou Linux Redes de computadores (endereçamento IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);Suporte técnico a usuários (hardware e software) Ferramentas de chamados (service desk);Pacote Office / ferramentas corporativas Sistemas de pedágio e arrecadação automática;ITS (Sistemas Inteligentes de Transporte);Monitoramento (Zabbix, Nagios ou similares);CFTV e redes de comunicação (fibra óptica, rádio);Noções de ITIL e governança de TI;Informações adicionaisAtuação será presencial em Uberaba/ MG;Jornada de trabalho em horário administrativo (ou conforme regime da empresa).🍽️ Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição;🏥 Convênio Médico;🛡️ Seguro de Vida;🏋️ Wellhub (Gympass);🚌 Vale Transporte.Em nossos processos seletivos, todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.
