Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar a correta apuração dos impostos indiretos e obrigações tributárias, cumprindo as exigências legais;Apurar impostos retidos de terceiros, como PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRRF, ISS e INSS;Efetuar conferências e conciliações entre os módulos fiscal, contábil e financeiro;Elaborar, validar e transmitir os arquivos relativos às obrigações acessórias (Gia/Sintegra/Sped Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DIRF, ECF, DCTF, DCTF WEB, E-SOCIAL, dentre outras), através da geração dos arquivos eletrônicos no sistema de processamento de dados;Garantir a correta escrituração de documentos fiscais de entrada e saída;Atuar na análise e regularização de inconsistências identificadas em auditorias e cruzamentos fiscais;Apoiar fiscalizações e auditorias internas e externas;Preparar os relatórios da área, assegurando a disponibilidade de informações tributárias e gerenciais fidedignas, por meio de planilhas em excel e transações específicas do sistema;Monitorar alterações na legislação tributária e avaliar seus impactos nos processos da companhia;Participar de projetos relacionados à melhoria de processos, automação e implantação de sistemas;Apoiar à implementação da Reforma Tributária;Acompanhamento Portais/ Domicílios Eletrônicos/Avisos/ Termos de Intimação;Garantir a precisão e conformidade dos registros fiscais, incluindo lançamentos contábeis;Conciliação Contábil das contas dos Impostos passivos;Participar no planejamento tributário, buscando otimização e aproveitamento de benefícios fiscais;Prestar suporte às áreas internas, esclarecendo dúvidas e fornecendo orientações sobre questões fiscais;Capacitar demais integrantes da equipe, garantindo a execução das rotinas em conformidade com a legislação vigente, criando backups na área e permitindo foco em melhorias de processos fiscais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Direito ou Ciências Contábeis; Experiência com apuração de tributos indiretos, elaboração e entrega de obrigações acessórias;Conhecimento avançado em: ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ISS, SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, REINF, EFD ICMS/IPI e DCTFWeb;Pacote Office intermediário/avançado;Experiência no setor de Óleo & Gás, conhecimento em Repetro e regimes especiais;Conhecimento da Reforma Tributária (CBS e IBS);Perfil organizado, comunicativo, analítico, resiliente e com bom relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de atuação em situações de demandas emergenciais.
