Sua atuação conecta áreas de engenharia de software com áreas de negócio e analistas/cientistas de dados, garantindo que os dados sejam confiáveis, acessíveis, compreensíveis, documentados e em conformidade com as necessidades da organização.Se interessou pela oportunidade mas não reside em Joinville? Não tem problema, possibilitamos o trabalho remoto/home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstruir e otimizar a modelagem de dados analítica e dimensional com dbt/SQL, seguindo boas práticas de desenvolvimento e governança.Garantir governança, qualidade, documentação, testes automatizados e escalabilidade e impacto dos dados no negócio;Participar de discussões com áreas de negócio para entender regras e necessidades.Trabalho conjunto com engenheiros de software para compreender estrutura, frequência de atualização, limitações, contexto de negócio e particularidades técnicas das fontes de dados.Implementar testes de qualidade de dados e monitorar pipelines para garantir a disponibilidade, performance e integridade dos dados de seu domínio.Participar ativamente de code review e contribuir para a disseminação de boas práticas de engenharia no time de dados.Oferecer suporte para o time de dados, referente ao entendimento da plataforma de dados e as boas práticas.Contribuir para a construção da plataforma de dados do Asaas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDomínio avançado da linguagem SQL voltado para transformação e modelagem de dados.Experiência profissional em dbt (ou ferramentas semelhantes de transformação) com foco em boas práticas de modularidade, testes automatizados e documentação.Experiência com modelagem de dados analítica e dimensional (star schema, fatos, dimensões e OBTs).Experiência no desenvolvimento e manutenção de processos de ETL/ELT e pipelines analíticosExperiência com versionamento de código via Git/GitHub.Experiência em projetos de transformação, padronização e documentação de dados.Capacidade de resolver problemas técnicos e de negócio com visão sistêmica, traduzindo regras de negócio em modelos de dados confiáveis.Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis.Conhecimento básico na linguagem Python.Formação concluída ou em andamento em Análise/Ciência de Dados, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharias, Física, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisVivência com ferramentas de IA Generativa;Vivência no ecossistema moderno de Analytics (Databricks ou plataformas de dados em nuvem, e familiaridade com orquestradores como Airflow);

Experiência prévia em instituições financeiras, ERPs ou SaaS;
