Monitorar continuamente os sistemas e unidades sob responsabilidade do CCO; Acompanhar as condições operacionais das unidades e identificar anormalidades, alarmes e ocorrências; Realizar tratativas e encaminhamentos das ocorrências junto às equipes de campo e áreas responsáveis;Acionar equipes de manutenção, operação e demais responsáveis conforme procedimentos estabelecidos;Acompanhar a evolução das ocorrências até sua normalização; Registrar ocorrências, intervenções e demais informações relevantes da operação nos sistemas e controles internos;Analisar dados e informações operacionais, identificando desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria; Elaborar relatórios operacionais e gerenciais; Criar, atualizar e manter controles e indicadores utilizando Excel; Consolidar informações provenientes de diferentes sistemas e fontes para acompanhamento da operação; Apoiar a comunicação entre o CCO, equipes de campo, manutenção e gestão; Realizar a cobertura dos operadores do CCO durante férias, ausências, atestados e afastamentos, conforme necessidade da operação; Assumir a operação do CCO de forma autônoma durante os períodos de cobertura, garantindo a continuidade das atividades; Manter-se atualizado quanto aos procedimentos, sistemas e particularidades da operação para estar apto a atuar em diferentes situações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEnsino superior cursando, preferencialmente em Engenharias, Administração, Tecnologia, Gestão ou áreas relacionadas; Experiência em operações, monitoramento, controle operacional, manutenção ou áreas relacionadas; Domínio de Excel, com capacidade para elaborar relatórios, criar controles, utilizar fórmulas, filtros, tabelas, gráficos e realizar análises de dados; Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com equipes de campo; Capacidade de analisar informações e identificar desvios; Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e lidar com situações de emergência;Disponibilidade para realizar cobertura de férias, atestados, afastamentos e outras ausências da equipe operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento de processos de manutenção e operação; Conhecimento em SAP PM; Experiência com sistemas de telemetria e automação; Vivência com equipes operacionais e atendimento de ocorrências; Conhecimento de Power BI ou Power Query.
