O que a área faz na Porto?A área de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST) é responsável por garantir a conformidade legal, o bem-estar dos colaboradores e a gestão eficiente da medicina ocupacional da empresa. A equipe atua diretamente no controle de prontuários, exames e documentos ocupacionais, servindo como ponte estratégica entre clínicas credenciadas, prestadores de serviço e os órgãos reguladores (eSocial/Ministério do Trabalho)Atuação: Presencial (4x1)De segunda à sexta-feira (horário comercial)Local: Campos Elíseos VAGA AFIRMATIVA PCD

Responsabilidades e atribuições Gestão e Imput de Dados: Digitar e cadastrar Atestados de Saúde Ocupacional (ASOs) e exames complementares no sistema SOC, garantindo 100% de precisão nos registros.Relacionamento com Prestadores: Entrar em contato ativo com clínicas parceiras, credenciadas e prestadores de serviços de SST para solicitar documentos pendentes, esclarecer dúvidas e cobrar prazos de envio.Análise e Validação Documental: Conferir os dados contidos nos ASOs recebidos (dados do funcionário, CRM do médico examinador, aptidões e datas) antes da inclusão no sistema.Controle de Pendências: Acompanhar o fluxo de recebimento de ASOs, identificando e corrigindo eventuais divergências nas informações fornecidas pelos prestadores.Suporte Administrativo em SST: Manter o arquivo digital organizado e prestar suporte operacional nas rotinas de Medicina do Trabalho para atendimento às exigências legais (como o eSocial).Relação com Credenciados: Manter um acompanhamento constante e ativo sobre os prestadores externos para garantir o retorno ágil de ASOs sem impactar os prazos internos.Precisão e Conformidade Legal: Garantir erro zero no lançamento de informações no SOC, prevenindo divergências que possam impactar o eSocial ou o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs).Gestão de Volume e Prazos: Lidar com uma alta demanda diária de documentos sem perder o padrão de qualidade, priorizando os casos urgentes com agilidade.

Requisitos e qualificações Escolaridade: Ensino Superior cursando ou completoConhecimento Técnico (Diferencial) Domínio ou experiência prévia no manuseio do sistema SOC.Vivência Profissional: Experiência com rotinas administrativas do setor de Medicina Ocupacional ou Segurança do Trabalho.Ferramentas: Pacote Office (especialmente Excel para controle de planilhas).Habilidades Comportamentais (Soft Skills):Comunicação clara e assertiva (para negociação e cobrança com prestadores).Atenção minuciosa a detalhes e alto nível de concentração.Organização, gestão do tempo e foco em cumprimento de prazos.
