A missão do APM será atuar no apoio à gestão e evolução de produtos digitais, colaborando com times multidisciplinares para garantir entregas de valor alinhadas à estratégia da empresa, aprendendo e se desenvolvendo na área de gestão de produtos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o coordenador de PO no acompanhamento e priorização do backlog;Participar de reuniões de discovery, refinamento e planejamento;Auxiliar na documentação de requisitos e funcionalidades;Realizar QA das entregas, garantindo a qualidade do produto;Apoiar pesquisas com usuários e análise de dados para embasar decisões;Colaborar com o time de UX/UI nas jornadas dos usuários;Executar demandas operacionais do time de produto digital;Acompanhar métricas e sugerir melhorias;Manter comunicação clara com stakeholders.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Engenharia (todas as especialidades), Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Tecnologia da Informação, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão de Projetos, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas ligadas à tecnologia e negócios;Experiência em produtos digitais, tecnologia, atendimento, suporte, projetos ou áreas correlatas (em empresas, consultorias, startups, projetos acadêmicos ou voluntariado);Noções básicas de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);Facilidade para aprender e usar ferramentas de gestão de produto (Clickup, Trello, Notion, etc);Conhecimento prático de Excel (nível intermediário para análise e organização de dados).Desejável:Conhecimento em SQL e/ou Python para análise de dados;Vivência com documentação de processos, requisitos ou fluxos;Experiência com análise de dados, métricas de produto ou ferramentas de BI além do Metabase (ex: Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio);Conhecimento básico de UX/UI, design thinking ou pesquisa com usuários;Vivência em ambientes ágeis ou squads multidisciplinares;Participação em bootcamps, cursos, eventos ou comunidades de produto, tecnologia ou UX.Informações adicionais Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido.Modelo de contratação: Pessoa Jurídica.
