Paulista foi fundada em 1951 e está sob o controle do mesmo grupo de acionistas desde 1983.Nosso propósito é desenvolver e conduzir projetos de infraestrutura para os setores público e privado, sendo reconhecidos pela agilidade, respeito e qualidade do nosso trabalho. Estamos em busca de um Apontador para atuar no controle e registro das atividades realizadas na obra, garantindo a correta coleta e organização das informações relacionadas à mão de obra, equipamentos e produção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o apontamento diário da produção e dos serviços executados na obra;Controlar e registrar a frequência, jornada e horas trabalhadas dos colaboradores;Registrar a utilização de máquinas, equipamentos e veículos;Coletar e lançar informações em planilhas e sistemas de controle da obra;Elaborar relatórios diários de produção e produtividade;Conferir e organizar documentos relacionados às atividades da obra;Apoiar o controle de materiais utilizados e recebidos no canteiro de obras;Auxiliar a equipe de Engenharia e Produção no acompanhamento do cronograma físico da obra;Garantir a confiabilidade das informações registradas, mantendo os controles sempre atualizados;Apoiar os setores Administrativo, Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal com informações referentes ao apontamento de mão de obra;Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente durante a execução das atividades;Executar outras atividades correlatas, de acordo com as necessidades da obra.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo (Desejável);Experiência comprovada como Apontador de Obras, Apontador de Produção ou em atividades administrativas em canteiro de obras;Conhecimento em controle de frequência, apontamento de produção e elaboração de relatórios;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Desejável experiência com sistemas de apontamento ou ERP;Facilidade para organização, conferência e registro de informações;Boa comunicação, proatividade, organização e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e cumprir prazos;Disponibilidade para atuar em obra e, se necessário, para viagens ou alojamento.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: São Francisco - MG;Disponibilidade para ficar alojado;Baixada a cada 90 dias.Benefícios - Café e Almoço fornecido pela Obra mais Cartão no valor de R$ 660,00 mensal para os alojados.
