You will need to communicate very well, as you will be working with different business and technical teams.In addition, it is important to have experience as a developer, especially in problem-solving and identifying the root causes of issues. This means you have previously worked on projects involving code.Your main responsibilities will include helping users resolve issues quickly, creating clear and simple documentation for applications and processes, and developing troubleshooting instructions to speed up problem resolution. You will also need to be able to identify and fix code-related issues, ensuring that everything is working properly before the start of the business day.Additionally, experience with SQL, Linux/Unix, and Java is important, as well as the ability to read and debug code in Java, C++, or Python.
