Apoiar a equipe nas rotinas administrativas da área, contribuindo para a organização de documentos, atualização de informações e execução de atividades de suporte, desenvolvendo conhecimentos e competências profissionais durante o programa de aprendizagem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na execução de rotinas administrativas da área; Auxiliar na organização, digitalização, arquivamento e controle de documentos; Realizar lançamentos, consultas e atualização de informações em planilhas e sistemas, conforme orientação; Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de controles administrativos e relatórios simples; Auxiliar no recebimento, conferência, separação e encaminhamento de documentos e correspondências; Prestar suporte no atendimento de colaboradores e demais áreas da empresa, direcionando as demandas quando necessário; Apoiar no agendamento e organização de reuniões, treinamentos e atividades internas; Auxiliar na organização de materiais, arquivos e recursos utilizados pela área; Realizar o acompanhamento de e-mails e solicitações administrativas, sempre sob orientação da equipe responsável; Apoiar diferentes processos administrativos, de acordo com as necessidades da área e seu nível de aprendizagem; Zelar pela organização, conservação e confidencialidade das informações e documentos aos quais tiver acesso; Cumprir as normas, procedimentos internos e orientações de segurança da empresa; Participar das atividades teóricas e práticas previstas no programa de aprendizagem; Buscar aprendizado contínuo, demonstrando interesse, responsabilidade, pontualidade e colaboração no desenvolvimento das atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo - ou em AndamentoPacote Office (Básico) Disponibilidade para residir em Nova Mutum durante um ano de formação técnica e posteriormente realizar um ano de prática profissional em ambiente de fazenda.
