O Aprendiz atuará como apoio às rotinas administrativas e operacionais da unidade, contribuindo para a organização dos fluxos de atendimento e para a qualidade dos serviços prestados aos usuários.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar no atendimento ao público, realizando acolhimento inicial e direcionamento de usuários conforme os fluxos da unidade;Auxiliar no agendamento de consultas, exames e procedimentos nos sistemas utilizados pela unidade;Organizar prontuários físicos e/ou eletrônicos, zelando pela confidencialidade das informações;Apoiar na atualização de cadastros de pacientes nos sistemas de informação em saúde;Auxiliar na recepção, conferência e distribuição de documentos internos;Dar suporte às equipes administrativas e assistenciais em atividades operacionais do dia a dia;Apoiar no controle e organização de materiais de escritório;Contribuir para a organização do ambiente de trabalho, mantendo padrões de qualidade e segurança;Participar de atividades educativas e treinamentos ofertados pela instituição;Cumprir as normas e diretrizes institucionais, especialmente relacionadas à ética, sigilo e humanização do atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio cursando ou completo; Idade entre 18 e 21 anos e 10 meses.Boa comunicação e cordialidade no atendimento ao público;Interesse em aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades;Proatividade e colaboração em equipe;Postura ética e respeito à diversidade;Comprometimento com horários e atividades.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Complexo Regulador do Rio de Janeiro Horário de Trabalho: 20h semanais - Manhã (08h às 12h) / Tarde (13h às 17h);Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale TransporteAssistência Médica por adesão;Assistência Odontológica por adesão;Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.Profissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.
