Auxiliar no Ponto Eletrônico: atestados e declarações, lançamento/ajuste, tratamento/controle de ponto, acompanhamento de Banco de Horas e envio para folha de pagamento;Auxiliar nos Processos de Admissão, conferência de documentos, cadastro de novos colaboradores no sistema da contabilidade;Auxiliar na comunicação diária com todos os colaboradores para auxílio de dúvidas, solicitações, direcionamentos no geral e recebimento de documentos;Auxiliar na manutenção dos registros e todos os documentos relacionados aos funcionários, incluindo contratos, documentação legal e demais atividades relacionadas à Administração de Pessoal.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPré-requisitos básicos:• Estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio ou Técnico;• Ter entre 17 e 23 anos;• Boa comunicação e organização;• Vontade de aprender e crescer na área de RH;• Residir em Resende;• Conhecimentos básicos de informática (Pacote Office).
