A PACCO está procurando uma pessoa comunicativa, carismática e apaixonada por produtos, cores e combinações para apresentar nossas lives de vendas no TikTok Shop.Seu principal desafio será transformar cada live em uma experiência única, dinâmica e inspiradora, ajudando o público a criar combinações entre garrafas, capas, tampas e acessórios da PACCO. Mostrar as diferentes possibilidades e convertendo essa interação em vendas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades* Apresentar lives diárias no TikTok Shop da marca no escritório da PACCO em Alphaville;* Demonstrar os produtos de forma clara, natural e envolvente;* Criar combinações de cores e acessórios durante as transmissões;* Explicar características, diferenciais, tamanhos e possibilidades de uso dos produtos;* Interagir com o público e responder às perguntas enviadas pelo chat;* Comunicar promoções, condições comerciais e lançamentos;* Estimular a compra com uma abordagem comercial elegante, espontânea e persuasiva;* Manter os produtos, acessórios e o espaço das lives organizados;* Conhecer profundamente o portfólio da PACCO;* Acompanhar os resultados básicos de cada transmissão, como audiência, vendas e produtos mais procurados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos* Excelente comunicação e desenvoltura diante das câmeras;* Carisma, energia e espontaneidade;* Facilidade para vender e conversar com diferentes públicos;* Bom gosto para criar combinações de cores e produtos;* Agilidade para interagir com comentários ao vivo;* Organização, responsabilidade e pontualidade;* Afinidade com TikTok, redes sociais, lifestyle, moda e tendências;* Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente, de segunda a sexta-feira, em horário comercial, no escritório da PACCO em Alphaville.Não é necessário ter experiência como influenciadora.
