Por eso, fomentamos una cultura inclusiva y colaborativa, donde cada persona puede pertenecer, desarrollarse y evolucionarResponsabilidades y atribuciones🔍 Mira cómo será tu día a día:Diseñar soluciones de Cloud, Data & AI alineadas a las necesidades de negocio de nuestros clientes.Participar en reuniones de discovery, workshops y presentaciones con clientes, identificando necesidades y transformándolas en propuestas de valor.Liderar técnicamente oportunidades comerciales, desde el entendimiento del requerimiento hasta la definición de la solución y el cierre de la propuesta.Elaborar arquitecturas, propuestas técnicas y documentación de alta calidad, contemplando alcance, tecnologías, costos, riesgos y alternativas.Trabajar de manera colaborativa con los equipos de Ventas, Delivery y especialistas de las distintas áreas para construir soluciones integrales.Interactuar con los principales partners tecnológicos para incorporar nuevas capacidades, tecnologías y modelos de solución.Identificar nuevas oportunidades de aplicación de Cloud, Data & AI y proponer alternativas innovadoras que generen valor para los clientes.Requisitos y calificaciones🎯 ¿Qué necesitas para cubrir esta vacante?Experiencia comprobable en roles de Pre-Sales, Solution Architect o Consulting, preferentemente en Cloud, Data & AI.Conocimientos sólidos de arquitecturas Cloud, Data y AI, con capacidad para integrar distintas tecnologías y servicios en soluciones de negocio.Experiencia trabajando con tecnologías y soluciones de IBM, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud y Red Hat.Se valorará especialmente experiencia en soluciones de IBM watsonx, Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, Microsoft Azure y plataformas de Data & AI.Experiencia participando en oportunidades comerciales, desde el discovery y relevamiento de necesidades hasta el diseño y presentación de la solución.Capacidad para comprender necesidades de negócio y transformarlas en soluciones de alto valor, evitando un enfoque exclusivamente tecnológico.Excelente capacidad de comunicación y presentación con perfiles técnicos, comerciales y ejecutivos.Experiencia en elaboración de propuestas técnicas y comerciales, arquitecturas y documentación para clientes.Capacidad para trabajar transversalmente con equipos de Ventas, Delivery, especialistas y partners tecnológicos.Orientación a resultados, autonomía y capacidad para gestionar múltiples oportunidades simultáneamente.
