O modelo de trabalho é híbrido, proporcionando equilíbrio entre colaboração presencial e flexibilidade.Responsabilidades e atribuições* Atuar na análise, desenvolvimento e evolução de sistemas corporativos.* Participar de todas as etapas do ciclo de desenvolvimento de projetos, desde o levantamento de requisitos até a implantação das soluções.* Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas, propondo arquiteturas e melhorias de processos.* Conduzir e acompanhar projetos de média e alta complexidade.* Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe de desenvolvimento e atuar como referência em sua área de conhecimento.* Acompanhar testes, homologações e implantações, garantindo que as entregas atendam aos requisitos definidos.* Trabalhar em conjunto com diferentes áreas e stakeholders, promovendo alinhamento e comunicação eficiente.* Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e das boas práticas de desenvolvimento.* Elaborar e manter a documentação técnica dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificações* Ensino superior completo em Análise de Sistemas, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.* Pós-graduação em andamento (requisito mínimo).* Pós-graduação concluída será considerada um diferencial.* Experiência de, no mínimo, 3 anos em atividades relacionadas à arquitetura, análise ou desenvolvimento de sistemas.* Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria B válida.* Perfil analítico, com capacidade para propor soluções técnicas, atuar de forma colaborativa e conduzir projetos de média e alta complexidade.* Boa comunicação, organização e facilidade para atuar em equipes multidisciplinares.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale alimentação e/ou refeição;Vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Café da manhã no local;Auxílio creche para mulher com filhos até 6 anos e 11 meses;Licença maternidade e paternidade estendida;Zenklub.WellHub
